Exceeds my expectations!
We purchased another brand that had all the bells and whistles like heating, Bluetooth, cell phone app thinking it would be cool to have. I had nothing but problems so we decided to return it. Doing some research I found Nordik had a standard model with more HP than other brands. I can't be happier with the purchase. Nice connectors, came with 2 filters and was easy to set up using the online videos they have.

The communication with your company has been great! Thankfully I haven’t experienced any product issues but any questions I had were answered quickly. Shipping was extremely fast and I got all my items within the expected timeframe. I’ve tried so many different versions of cold plunges but this is right up there!
