When will the Outdoor Collection launch?
The final details about the new collection will be released in a few days. A confirmed launch window will be shared with waitlist members before everyone else.
What sizes will be available?
The Outdoor Collection launches in two configurations: 2-3 Person, and 4-6 Person.
What is included with the sauna?
The base sauna comes with the frame, door and regular lighting. The heater, roofing kit and LED lighting are sold separately and will be available at launch. An exclusive launch bundle will be made available to VIP subscribers.
Does joining the waitlist lock in a price?
Pricing starts at $4499 for the VIP members for the 2-3 Person Model, and at 6499$ for the VIP members for the 4-6 Person Model.
Is it truly outdoor-rated? Can it stay outside year-round?
Yes. The Outdoor Collection is engineered specifically for permanent outdoor installation. Treated thermopine and a powerful 9 kwh heater work together to work well in outdoor conditions including Canadian winters. An optional roofing kit is sold separately and recommended for use in areas with snow falls.
Can you get financing for the outdoor saunas?
Yes. You may use Shop Pay or Affirm to benefit from payment plans over 6, 12 and 24 months.
Does Nordik Recovery ship across Canada and the US?
Nordik Recovery ships to Canada and the US, but the outdoor collection will only be available in Canada to start. Shipping details and delivery timelines will be confirmed at time of purchase when the product launches.
