Status Update

Since early January, Nordik Recovery has received Seven containers of sauna inventory, and over 400 sauna orders have now been delivered to customers across Canada and the United States.

Fulfillment is ongoing, with orders continuing to ship daily. Tracking numbers are being emailed as units are prepared and scanned for carrier pickup.

An additional 300 sauna units are scheduled to arrive within the next 10 days to continue fulfilling remaining pre-orders in sequence.

What happened

Our first sauna shipment arrived in Montreal in December and was held for a customs inspection and import documentation review, which took longer than expected and limited our ability to provide precise delivery timelines while it was ongoing.

The shipment has now been released, received and fully shipped to all affected clients on January 6th.

What is shipping now

1) Orders from early January and February inventory have been fulfilled and delivered.

2) Current inventory continues to be processed and shipped daily.

3) Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once each order is scanned for carrier pickup.

4) Deliveries are arriving across Canada and the U.S. based on carrier schedules and destination.
