Nordik Ice Baths are built to withstand outdoor temperatures of as low as -10° C. When the bath is kept below freezing temperature, you may need to break the ice on a daily basis to prevent it from becoming a solid block of ice. We do not recommend leaving it out at temperatures colder than -10° C, since the water will turn into a solid block too rapidly.

Our chillers should not be left outside when temperatures are below 0° C as the cold temperature may damage the inner components of the chiller.

Our chillers have an IPX4 water resistance rating, meaning they can withstand splashes of water or light rain. If heavy rain or snow is expected, your chiller must be covered to prevent any damages.

Both the Standard & Premium chillers can cool water between 3° C and 20° C.

We recommend emptying the water in your ice bath & wiping it down every 3 to 6 weeks depending on usage. Our premium chiller comes with a filter and allows you to go longer in between water changes.

After the bath is filled with water and the chiller is turned on, it takes approximately 4 hours for the water temperature to reach 3° C.

Premium Chiller filters should be replaced every 2-3 weeks depending on your usage. Regularly changing the filter helps maintain water quality by removing impurities and ensuring the system functions optimally.

Our ice baths are made from the same material as our existing paddle board brand, Maddle, which allows us to test and perfect our designs at a lower price for you, the customer. If your order includes items that are both in stock and in pre-order, you may receive it in 2 shipments (ex: your ice bath may ship separately from your chiller depending on arrival dates).
