We have a home gym and wanted to elevate the wellness experience by adding a quality sauna. We got the two place as we figured we might want to go as a couple sometimes. We are not very handy and were able to build the sauna in approximately 1 hour 20 following the videos and instructions. The sauna looks amazing in the gym. I really enjoy the glass panel in the front as I don’t like feeling like I’m stuck in an enclosed space. The options to change the lighting colors to set the mood is really appreciated. Love to sit in it, meditate and get all the benefits from home. I’m sure this sauna will be a game changer to improve our health. As a matter of fact, I caught a flu and felt my sauna session really helped kick it out of my system. Highly recommend this product.

I wanted to share a detailed review now that I’ve had my Nordik Recovery infrared sauna for a week.
First, delivery and setup. My order took longer than I originally expected, but once it arrived, everything was well packaged and in good condition. Assembly was straightforward overall. The instructions were clear, and Nordik Recovery also provided a YouTube walkthrough that helped confirm a few steps. There were a couple of moments where alignment needed some fine tuning, but nothing that required special tools or extra parts.
Once assembled, the sauna looks exactly like the photos online. The wood finish is clean, the glass feels sturdy, and the interior lighting gives it a really nice atmosphere. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy at all, which was something I was slightly worried about before ordering.
Performance has been exactly what I was hoping for. The sauna heats up consistently and reaches full temperature without issues. I typically run it around 60–65°C, and it holds that temperature well throughout the session. After a few sessions, I was getting a strong sweat and the same deep heat feeling I’ve experienced with higher-end infrared saunas at wellness studios.
The features are simple but effective. The lighting works well, and while the speakers aren’t meant to replace a high-end sound system, they’re perfectly fine for background music or podcasts during a session.
One nice surprise was the Nordik Retreat Robe included in the shipment. It wasn’t something I was expecting, but it’s a thoughtful touch and actually gets used regularly before and after sessions.
Overall, this sauna does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It looks good, heats properly, and delivers the infrared experience I was looking for at a reasonable price point. If you’re considering a home infrared sauna and want something functional, well-built, and comfortable to use, I think this is a solid option.

The size is perfect for one person. It doesn’t take up much space, but once inside it feels comfortable and not cramped. The sauna heats up evenly and reaches full temperature without issues. I usually run it around 65°C and get a solid sweat . I like to go for about 30 minutes.
