I received my sauna from Nordik Recovery this week and assembled it this afternoon. My thoughts: The sauna is very attractive once assembled. It looks exactly as advertised. Assembly of the sauna was relatively easy - Nordik Recovery released a YouTube video with a full walk through that explained the process fairly well. The sauna works as advertised. Once assembled I fired it up and was obviously excited to try it out. Once it was finally up to full temperature of 65C it lived up to my expectations and I got a wonderful sweat. The features such as lighting and the stereo are nice. Don't expect high performance out of the stereo or speakers but it works well for what it is. I received a nice Nordik Recovery robe as a gift for having to wait for my sauna which was a nice touch. For the price I think this IR Sauna hits the mark. Great looks, relatively easy assembly and it works well.

A sauna snob, won over 1 photo
Ok, so I didn't have high hopes for this type of sauna. Self admittedly, I am a sauna snob, and will be building a custom sauna in my garage this summer. I bought this to use in the mean time and let me tell you, it's actually pretty good! The steam was not great the first use, but after a few times and playing with how the hoses are positioned, it's rocking now. Add to that I swapped out the seat for a higher stool (ikea outdoor stool) so you sit higher in the steam pocket and I'm really enjoying this sauna. Also, it's a Canadian product! Love it!

Honestly, unsure how we were actually surviving without a good steam session! Significant improvements in muscle aches and joint pain, glowing skin, and the ultimate sleeps. Only regret is not purchasing it sooner!

Fabulous!
I was excited to try out this portable sauna and the wait for it to be delivered was worth it. At first I thought it was not working properly, but after working with customer service we identified that the heater lid was not properly locked and steam was escaping. After troubleshooting the sauna works perfectly and is part of my recovery protocol.

The cold tub itself was very easy to set up and took me about 5 mins. Hooking up the chiller took a bit more time and the instructions are not very clear. That being said, it's pretty easy to figure out as long as you have entry level plumbing knowledge. The chiller works incredibly well and is something that I would recommend if you plan on using your ice tub at least once a week. Since I've started, I've noticed a huge difference in my recovery time after workouts or pickup basketball games. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Spa circuit complete
This was the last addition to my home spa circuit and what a great addition to have. I currently have a hot tub and a sauna and have been going to my friends house over the winter months to cold plunge in their lake. However, i wanted the convenience of having the cold plunge experience at my own home. I researched many different companies and compared quality, pricing, size and reviews and i kept coming back to Nordik. I am very satisfied with my purchase, it is the perfect size, comfortable, portable and easy to use. Already feeling the benefits and have now incorporated it into my routine. Great purchase of the cold plunge bath
Our product was extremely delayed due to reasons outside of Nordik's control however they were very transparent and kept sending regular updates. The product itself is fantastic. We had a small plunge tub previously but pales in comparison to this one and to be able to control the temperature is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Great product, great company
Plunge seems good. It's a great size and easy to setup. The lid on my plunge doesn't fit very well and leaves couple of inches of bath exposed to the elements. But the company knows about the issue and is currently working on a solution. They are responsive and plan on replacing the cover with a new one. Great product. Great company.

Item is great — set up not so much
The tub is great. The chiller works awesome and I'm happy with it. The set up is not fun. Almost everyone of my connections leaked and the Teflon tape supplied is low quality. I have to purchase a plumbers seal called pro dope to stop the leaks which was a hassle. But after that we are golden!
