For the mom who runs the whole house

You have zero space that is yours. Not a room. Not a chair. Not ten minutes.

Not five minutes, either. Sound familiar?

The part nobody names

Motherhood exhaustion isn't a mindset problem. It's a missing room.

You've tried doing everything right. What's missing isn't more effort. It's twenty minutes a day where nobody can reach you.

A mother taking her twenty minutes in the sauna
  • Deeper sleep, most nights.
  • Quiet nobody can interrupt.
  • Calmer mind, real clarity.
  • Twenty minutes that are yours.
