Nordik Chiller Cleanser
Great product and I recommend it! We all love our new ice bath and premium chiller! The water is nice and cold, and always readily available at our preferred temperature.

I have not used this item. I like the chiller. I have only used it a few times and the bath water was cold, just like it is supposed to be. Getting the products was painfully slow. Getting the owners manual on a separate delivery from the actual chiller was flabbergasting and frustrating. We ordered sometime late August, got the bath 2 weeks later along with the cleaning products. Waited another 2 weeks for the shipping container to arrive at the Port of Vancouver. Then had to wait a month and a bit after the vessel carrying the shipping container(s) arrived at the port o Vancouver. To then have an owner manual delivered before the actual chiller was too much. I don’t think this serves your company well. Would I recommend the product, so far I have no issues with the product, I would recommend the product with the proviso to make sure you guys have the product in stock. We had to wait a total of 8 weeks for the final delivery.

Solid product, easy to use and have noticed the water staying clear and cleaner for longer after the first use vs. previously not using it. Will use this moving forward as part of the regular maintenance program.
