With three adjustable intensity settings at 50%, 75% and 100%, you can choose the light level for each 10-minute session.

Each session lasts 10 minutes. Choose your treatment mode and intensity on the controller, adjust the straps and get comfortable. The presets select the wavelengths for you, so there’s no need to set up each light individually.

Choose Anti-Aging mode if fine lines and a loss of firmness are your main concerns. It combines red light at 633 nm with both near-infrared wavelengths at 850 and 1072 nm.

For breakouts, Anti-Acne mode uses blue light at 415 nm. Rejuvenation combines red and amber light, while Repair, Morning Skincare and Bedtime Skincare offer additional presets. You’ll find the full wavelength combinations in the Six Preset Modes section above.

Start with clean, dry, makeup-free skin. Complete your light therapy session before applying your usual skincare products.

If you use prescription skincare or products that increase light sensitivity, check with your dermatologist about combining them with LED treatment. Follow any additional instructions in the mask’s user guide.

Sensitive skin doesn’t automatically rule out LED therapy, but suitability depends on what causes your sensitivity. If you have a condition that makes your skin sensitive to light, take photosensitizing medication or are prone to hyperpigmentation, speak with your dermatologist before use.
